Marketing Executive

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our Connections team in Sydney! As Marketing Executive at Australia’s biggest radio, audio streaming and podcasting network in Australia, you will provide critical support to the Marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Director and Senior Brand Managers to ensure the seamless end-to-end implementation of Consumer Marketing strategies and campaigns, across ARN’s broad portfolio of brands.

*Office relocating to North Sydney mid 2024*

About The Role:

  • The Marketing Executive, as a key member of the Marketing Team, is a brand custodian and ambassador for a broad portfolio of consumer brands, assisting with overarching brand strategies and requirements for all ARN consumer brands with a focus on GOLD, iHeart, CADA & ARN’s suite of regional brands. As an ambassador for ARN’s portfolio of brands, the Marketing Executive fosters brand love and loyalty whilst championing the voice of the customer.
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, the Marketing Executive contributes to the development of strategic and impactful overarching Marketing strategies for the broader portfolio of brands, to effectively achieve KPIs and maximise ROI, engage audiences and deliver profitable business outcomes, ensuring all touchpoints are considered (including Owned & Earned media).
  • The Marketing Executive ensures seamless end-to-end implementation of Consumer marketing strategies for the broader portfolio of brands whilst also proactively assisting with overarching management.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining connections amongst key stakeholders, partners, agencies, and contractors, with a view to foster positive, collaborative, transparent and effective working relationships & optimal operational rhythms.
  

About You:

  • You have the confidence to build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of stakeholders, key partners, agencies, and suppliers.
  • The ability to independently manage multiple projects at once, whilst working with multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced and results driven environment to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • You use initiative and can work autonomously with minimum guidance and direction, though you also love working in a collaborative team and celebrate shared success.
  • You display resilience in the face of change and setbacks, a passion and love of the entertainment and audio industry and show a high level of discretion when working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Your approach to developing and implementing integrated, multi-channel marketing plans is strategic, proactive and insights led.
  • You have a proven ability in effectively managing budgets, finance trackers, campaign timelines, and media plans.
  • Plus, a minimum 3 - 5 years consumer marketing experience, ideally with digital marketing expertise. Note: An understanding of the media and advertising industry is highly desirable.
