Digital Studio Production Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Studio Production Manager to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage.This role will lead digital media production, optimising resources and timelines, managing budgets, approvals, and client communications.Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract of 9 MonthsTHE ROLE

• Allocate internal resources effectively and manage workflow across digital designers, copywriters and art director.
• Partner with marketing, digital and VM leads to manage critical paths and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage photoshoot budget reconciliation and process invoices for digital creative team.
• Work with external re-touchers and internal product teams to manage post-production approvals.
• Asset management – organise and distribute hi-res/low-res assets.
• Develop and implement processes to optimise productivity and quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding Digital Studio projects.
• On-site 5 days per week in our St Kilda Rd offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Digital Media, Graphic Design, Project Management).
• Proven experience in a studio management or project management role within a creative or digital environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of digital media production processes and technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
