- Providing BAU IT Support with knowledge in Service Management Frameworks (such as ITIL)
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript MVC framework, JQuery, JQuery Mobile and
- Objective-C, SOAP, WS-security, REST, JSON and Database, IP network, wireless network and enterprise network architecture, Unix and Web Services
- Knowledge of both enterprise security solutions and mobile security solutions.
- Ability to liaise with various IT stakeholders and business users.
- Basic understanding of Project Management Methodologies (traditional and Agile)
- Maintain specific support knowledge and process documentation.
- Well-developed technical troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve problems.
- Keep on top of new operating system (iOS and Android) releases.
- Download beta operating systems.
- Test mobile applications using beta operating systems.
- Test mobile applications with new devices
- Document found issues and steps to reproduce.
- Review crash reports from mobile applications
- Administer related licenses under the responsibility of Digital Team in Sydney Trains.
