What You'll Do
An exciting newly created role as Associate Director-Global Tech Platforms, you'll work with our digital senior leadership team to build a new line of business in low code/no code cloud-based implementation solutions. You'll leverage your prior experience and build your comprehensive digital/technology expertise by driving and leading our new offering:
  • Develop and shape the approach, strategy and program
  • Business builder to identify opportunities-bring together and work with enterprise platform vendors to put propositions to our clients and deploy cloud-based solutions at expediated timeframes
  • Lead technology delivery programs, working with multidisciplinary BCG business and tech teams and vendor partners, to deliver enterprise technology solutions at a far faster speed than our competitors
  • Provide an E2E delivery perspective, ensuring that strategy is linked all the way down to implementation and operational readiness
  • Work with our clients to construct tailored delivery and pricing
  • Uplift skills and capabilities of our clients to ensure they can continue to grow and support the solution delivered post BCG handover

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
  • 10-15+ years' experience in leading technology delivery, presales/consulting side of enterprise platform vendors and/or systems integrators
  • Experienced delivery leader who understands the challenges and pitfalls of implementation; oversees the delivery side of these programs and has creative ideas to do it differently/better to disrupt this market
  • Experience focused on creating business value and partnering with a portfolio of enterprise solutions/vendors including Microsoft, Salesforce, Pega, Adobe, ServiceNow, AWS
  • Experienced/proven trusted advisor to senior executives, strategic account management, new business development, presales through to client presentations
  • Ability to identify opportunities, bring together/work with enterprise platform vendors to put propositions to our clients and deploy cloud based solutions at expediated timeframes
  • Ability to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment and frame strategic challenges from a digital/tech perspective
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication, storylining, client-facing and presales skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Flexibility to travel within A/NZ, Asia Pacific region and globally as required.
