Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute seasonal dishes inspired by local tropical and indigenous ingredients.
Collaborate closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Consistently deliver exceptional flavors and textures that delight our guests.
Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen operations efficiently.
Uphold food safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef, preferably in a fine dining or boutique setting.
Deep understanding and appreciation of local and indigenous ingredients.
Experience with uncompromising gluten free, dairy free and plant based dishes
Creative flair and passion for culinary excellence.
Ability to work effectively within a small team.
