ACELC requires Qualified and Assistants full and part time staff for our new location.
It is essential that you are a team player and have strong communication skills in providing quality early childhood education. You must be highly dedicated to the children and as a team. We are committed to high quality service delivery both to our educators as well as the families that depend on us and support the wider vulnerable community.
To be considered for these roles, applicants must have the following:
- Diploma in Children’s Services and/or Childrens Services Cert
- Must have experience working within a childcare centre
- Provide pedagogical leadership to ensure quality care and educational programs for children
- Direct and support continuous learning for staff
- Value a collaborative, team approach
- Able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Ensure that the philosophy, policies and procedures are upheld and implemented
- Supportive of the Christian ethos within the College and have a Christian faith
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence
- A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box'
- Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQF, NQS and Regulations
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Clearance and First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma
