For the ROOM LEADER role you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalency)
Current First Aid Certificate in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
Previous experience in a ROOM LEADER role
Valid Working With Children Check
National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 3 months old)
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the 3-5 Year room
Develop a child lead curriculum
Supervise educators
Mentor training educators
Comply with regulations, WHS and daily checklists
A strong ability to communicate effectively with parents, caregivers and staff.
(ECT Role)
OR
Lead the Out of School Hours Care Room
Develop a child led curriculum
Supervise educators
Mentor training educators
Comply with regulations, WHS and daily checklists
A strong ability to communicate effectively with parents, caregivers and staff
(Diploma Role)
