Happy Feet Early Learning Centre Corio is a purpose-built early learning centre able to educate & care for up to 126 children. The Centre has 6 rooms with 3 beautiful large outdoor play spaces including a Government Approved 3- & 4-Year-Old Kinder Program. The Centre is Family Owned and Operated and has 3 other sister Centre's that have been established for over 10 years.
About the Roles:
We are seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our friendly and nurturing 4-year-old Kinder Team. The position will see yourself working alongside an experienced Kinder Teacher supporting and developing a play-based program.
Successful applicants need to be available Monday to Friday and between the hours of 6:30am - 6:30pm.

Essential Criteria:
- Diploma in Early Childhood education and care or AQECQA equivalent.
- Current first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis and child protection certificates
- Current WWCC
- Ability to plan and implement a quality, educational and child centered program, reflective of the EYLF
- Knowledge of the NQF, relevant Government Acts & Regulations, and the ECA Code of ethics and rights of the child
- An ability to work as an effective team member and provide leadership and support to educators
- An ability to set and achieve work and program planning goals
- Must possess an enthusiastic attitude towards the care and education of young children
- Must possess a commitment to working within and promoting the philosophy, policies and procedures of the Centre.
- Experience in Xplor Playground programs (preferred but not essential)
