ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Early Childhood Educator you will:
- Working towards Certificate 3, Diploma of Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Creating a stimulating, positive and fun environment which is welcoming and attractive to children
- Create and foster relationships with our children and families
- Working as an effective team member and be part of a family
- Provide support and assistance to other staff members.
- Seek and accept support from your Lead Educators, Educational Leader and Centre Manager
- Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the NQS & NQF Full time, Part time and Casual roles available
In Addition to the above; as a superstar Lead Educator you will:
- Lead and inspire your fellow team
- Take responsibility for the standard of your room
- Continuously striving to demonstrate the Reggio Emilia values through multiple leadership styles

To be considered for the role, it is essential to have:
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Currently studying or completed an approved Certificate III, Diploma or ECT level of qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care*
- Passionate about creating supportive learning environments for children
