- State certification or licensure as an Early Childhood Educator.
- Proven experience in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and early childhood education practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
- Hold a valid WWCC and first aid Cert (or willing to obtain)
