Well it sounds like you are the right person to join Team Holder. We are currently seeking motivated Diploma/Cert III +Lead Educators to join our Holder Early Learning Centre.
Our centre is sustainably built, with one of the largest outdoor playgrounds on Southside as well as chickens and ducks!
We believe in empowering children to lead the curriculum in an Exceeding NQS centre. We foster holistic learning approaches within our environments for children and educators too.

The Role
As an Educator or Lead Educator you will be a part of the centre's community, vision and philosophy. You will work closely with other educators and families as well as the EYLF and NQS to deliver high quality Education and Care to children within our community. You will be supported and mentored by exceptional leaders and will be given every opportunity to learn and grow.
All Educators/Lead Educators are offered support and mentorship throughout their careers at the Y, regardless of what stage you are in.
The Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) position exists to lead the educational planning, preparation and implementation of the Early Years curriculum, with sound knowledge and a level of expertise in educating children aged birth – 5 years.
To be successful in this position you will need to possess:
- Cert III/Diploma/Teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
- Experience within the sector.
- Experience working with children 0-5 years.
- Strong communication skills.
- A demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- A current WWVP Check.
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
