The Role:

As the Centre Director, you will lead your team to exceed expectations through industry leading practices and community partnerships. You will join a company that values your experience, empowers you in your role, and invests in your growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to child safe policy and code of conduct.
  • Collaborate with the head office team to handle enquiries effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong, respectful relationships with families to foster a sense of belonging.
  • Build community relationships to enhance the centre’s profile.
  • Implement, evaluate, and review policies and procedures regularly with the team.
  • Manage all aspects of the service including budget, staffing, occupancy, and compliance.
  • Ensure service is adhering and meeting the National Quality standards

Who You Are: You are an experienced leader in Early Childhood Education and Care with a solid understanding of compliance, team leadership, and ensure standards of practice or met. You are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for children and families.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Commitment to creating a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children.
  • Experience in a leadership role within early childhood education.
  • Diploma in ECE or ACECQA assessed equivalent and above
  • Current valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
