- Coordinate bookings, menu creation, and logistics for catering events.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the culinary team.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Support the General Manager with podcast content creation and live shows.
- Utilise chef skills to assist the culinary team during peak periods, special events, or specific operational needs in the kitchen.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote catering services.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Optimise cost control measures and budget allocation.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and training programs.
- Ensure smooth execution of Catering events and live shows.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Analyse market trends and identify business expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic decision-making.
