Livingstone Christian College (LCC) opened its doors in January 2002, starting with a small class of just seven students. Since then, we have grown to a community of over 1250 students from Prep to Year 12 and over 240 staff members, plus an onside Early Learning Centre.

About the Role

Working with established, supportive Management and Ministry Teams
The Director of Character and Culture is responsible for providing whole school leadership in developing and maintaining a strong Christian culture including faith development, character development and welfare.
The Director of C&C is responsible to the Principal and works closely with Heads of School in developing whole school approaches and frameworks which support staff in these areas.

About You
You have personal views and beliefs that align with the Christian ethos of the College, and you are able to demonstrate an active faith and church involvement and are able to teach and live from a Biblical worldview.
You will be an Australian-qualified teacher with QLD Teacher's Registration or registration with another state and the ability to obtain QLD Teacher's Registration.
You have a mature Christian character with a desire to build God's Kingdom through Christian Schooling.
The administrative capacity to effectively manage human, financial and physical resources to deliver high quality organisational outcomes.
Demonstratred strong interpersonal skills, communication, organisational and collaboration skills.
