About Role
As our Director of Events Operations, you’ll report directly to the General Manager, and play a pivotal role in maximising event bookings, while continually enhancing guest satisfaction. You will have the unique opportunity to be a key lead with our promoters and hirers.
You'll lead, inspire, and manage the Event Operations team, while collaborating across departments to coordinate plans, manage logistics, and allocate resources to ensure that all events are executed with a strong emphasis on guest experience, ticketing operations and security.
