The Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Director is a member the Leanyer School staff and is responsible for:
- the overall management and administration of the service
- ensuring that the quality of care being offered is in keeping with the values, principles, policies and broad organisational objectives of the school, board, community and the department
- ensuring that educational programs are in keeping with the schools teaching and learning pillars to success: children are listened to, given agency and successes are celebrated
- adhering to the school’s Healthy Eating and Nutrition Policy and Guidelines
- Demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with people from different cultures
- Demonstrating the ability and willingness to take required actions to support their team to achieve the desired goals of the Leanyer Outside School Hours Care.
