Job Description- Develop strategic F&B programs and sales & marketing programs that are in line with Ennismore global direction and vision.
- Provide overall leadership support and guidance to the F&B division within the Mondrian Gold Coast, remaining true to Ennismore's disruptive DNA.
- Function as the professional responsible for leading, directing, and supporting the venue-level management to consistently develop, execute and review seasonal and ongoing menu development in compliance with each restaurant's specific brand integrity.
- Menu development support & review; restaurants, bars, banquets & catering and in-room dining.
- Support Recruitment, Hiring, and Training of key positions throughout the property.
- Facilitate appropriate, consistent meetings and one-on-ones with hotel F&B management to ensure clear communication and continued mentorship developing successful Restaurant Managers.
- Manage and oversee adherence of daily F&B operations to budgeted financial goals, ensuring those goals are either met or exceeded.
- Promote guest satisfaction throughout the operation. Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
- Implement repeat guest recognition programs to build loyalty to the operation.
- Maintain a high-level path to achieving brand goals, such as 50 Best and Hatted awards
- Act as a liaison between the community and the Food and Beverage operation.
- Working collaboratively with Ennismore’s global F&B team, Carte Blanched, on restaurant concepts and collaborative innovation and creating a new innovative menu.
- Work seamlessly with brand partners and corporate partnerships.
- Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring attention.
- Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations and all other Food and Beverage related life/safety and other legal compliance in accordance with federal and local laws.
QualificationsWhat we’re looking for…
- 8+ years of experience in a senior food & beverage role, preferably within a lifestyle brand or multi-venue restaurant group.
- Resort, local and international experience preferred.

- You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a solid understanding of local legal compliance requirements.
