We operate solely for community benefit and invest back into the same communities in which our services are delivered.Hey You!We have an exciting opportunity here at genU for an Employment Pathways Practitioner to assist people of all abilities on their pathway to employment!This role sits within the Employment Pathways unit, where we tailor innovative and creative supports to assist people with a disability to develop their capacity, build their skills and work towards their employment related goals.As an Employment Pathways Practitioner, your role is to provide customised employment assistance to participants. Typical duties include:driving a comprehensive discovery processproviding mentoring supports within open employment workplaces (both individually and in small groups)coordinating job skills development and assessmentsmanaging and supervising employment preparation tasksoverseeing job searching and job creationfacilitating post placement supports once a job has been securedcompleting a range of administrative tasks such as file noting, assessments and reportingTo find out more about what we do - visit the following links:About YouOur ideal Employment Pathways Practitioner is an effective communicator who is committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities within the community.
