Reycare is a NDIS support provider, located in Langwarrin on the Mornington Peninsula and servicing many surrounding suburbs.

We will make it our mission to understand the appropriate level of care and deliver reliable Support Workers to align, so our clients can live a more independent and fulfilled life.
About the role
We are looking to grow our team of Support Workers to ensure that we can deliver essential supports and maintain constant assistance for our participants. In doing so we require a variety of flexible Support Workers.
We are determined to ensure employees and participants are paired correctly. You will have a supportive management team to assist you through any troubles.

Hours
We are looking to hire for around 11-20 hours, more available for appropriate candidate. We are looking for someone who is happy to grow with us, start off on lower hours and increase with the demand.

Hourly Rate
Starting at $31.95 per hour. Willing to increase after trial period review.
Support Worker Duties may include any of the following (but not limited to):
- Personal Care
- Domestic Assistance
- Assistance managing appointments, forms, paper-work, ect
- Establish and assist with desired activities.
- Community Access
- Shopping Assistance
- Transportation
- Cooking / Light cleaning / Laundry
Mandatory Checks
- NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
- Drivers License
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience in the industry.
- Certificates are preferred but not essential if willing to undertake above duties with our training.
