- Minimum 12 months experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours of concern, intellectual and physical disabilities, and psychosocial disabilities.
- Experience working with participants with behaviours of concern including physical violence, Mental Health illnesses, and a strong understanding of the implementation of behaviour support plans and restrictive practices.

- Relevant qualifications and Education in Disability/Mental Health support.
- Availability and flexibility to work days, afternoons, active overnights, and weekend shifts.
- Clear and effective communications skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment to contribute to team goals.
- Ability to problem solve and approach challenges with confidence.
- Valid drivers’ license for transporting participants.
- First Aid Certificate.
