We provide a range of support services including 24/7 Out of Home Care, Respite Care and SIL Services, just to name a few.
We are looking for qualified and experienced Disability Support Workers for our ever-growing team in South-East Melbourne and Western suburbs of Melbourne, providing support to a range of participants from 6 years to adult.
Duties and responsibilities of the role:- Assist individuals to perform daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, community outings, community access, learning and maintaining daily routines.
- Medication administration.
- Providing companionship and support to assist participants to develop their existing skills, abilities, confidence in meeting their set goals.
- Maintaining record of participant progress and reporting.
- Providing care and implement strategies outlined in participant’s Behaviour Support Plans and Care Plan.

We are looking for workers who has/holds/can:
- Be creative, take initiative, can contribute working in a team and autonomously.
- Recent 2-year experience in the Disability sectors.
- Up to date qualifications (Cert IV or above) in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Services.
- The ability and knowledge on how to follow Behaviour Support Plans and company policies and procedures.
- Up to date current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Offer availability for evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepover, and active night shifts.
