Day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting participants to live their best life;
- Engaging with community stakeholders, potential participants and providers;
- Providing positive, supportive direction and supervision for team members;
- Ensuring support is underpinned and delivered in alignment with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, Person Centred approach and Polaris Care Values.
- Follow daily tasks, activities and schedule to ensure a safe comfortable living environment, maintaining appropriate physical and emotional support to clients at all times

Casual rate from $28.38 to $34.49 per hour plus afternoon and weekend penalties
Skills and experience
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in the Disability or community Care with high-level support Participants
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Friendly and professional
- Ability to work under direction or unsupervised
- Passion for providing quality care
- Current CPR & First Aid certificate
- Current Driver's License
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, Disability or similar
- DCSI Disability Services Screening clearance (Disability) or NDIS Check or (willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Satisfactory physical fitness
- Right to work in Australia
