We are seeking a team of 6 amazing FemaleSupport Workers to work in the Lockleys Region with our new female client. Our client requires assistance with in home care and community access.
Shifts:
The successful Candidates would need to be available for shifts at the below times at least 3 + days per week/weekend:
- Monday to Sunday: 7 AM to 11 AM
- Monday to Sunday: 1:30 PM to 8 PM
- Saturdays and Sundays: 12:30 PM to 6 PM - this shift we are looking to start immediately on a 2:1 basis with the rest of the shifts to commence shortly after
- Saturdays and Sundays: 12:30 PM to 8 PM
- Experience in supporting clients with Autism, Behaviours of Concern (BOC) and Restrictive Practices (RP) highly regarded.
- Person-centered approach with a proactive attitude towards encouraging participants to thrive.
- Willingness to engage during challenging moments and consistently follow plans and directions provided by Allied Health professionals.
- Ability to document effectively to support any NDIS changes.
To thrive at Nextt, you'll need:
- NDIS workers screening check - must be current
- SA Working with children check - must be current
- NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
- Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Drivers Licence
- Adherence to all mandatory directives per your state or territory.
