The Opportunity
This role will focus on the following activities:
- Using your excellent communication and listening skills to effectively obtain key information regarding workplace incidents of misconduct in an empathetic manner.
- Proactively generating and recording reports based on the information collated and adding to the relevant reporting systems
- Working with all key stakeholders involved in the process to ensure each incident is handled within the company guidelines and in line with industry standards.
- Building rapport with the individuals reporting the wrongdoing and reassuring them that the information provided will be provided and handled in the complete confidence.
- Other key administrative tasks as required
About You
If you have the following skills and background, then you will certainly be considered for this role:
- Experience in HR, legal, insurance claims, counselling or social work (other backgrounds may be considered if the right skills)
- Excellent communicational skills and the ability to genuinely actively listen.
- Work with integrity, whilst being empathetic and mature in your approach handling sensitive information
- Have solid experience in using technology with good report writing skills
- Be self-driven and can work independently
