The Opportunity This role will focus on the following activities: Using your excellent communication and listening skills to effectively obtain key information regarding workplace incidents of misconduct in an empathetic manner.
Proactively generating and recording reports based on the information collated and adding to the relevant reporting systems Working with all key stakeholders involved in the process to ensure each incident is handled within the company guidelines and in line with industry standards. Building rapport with the individuals reporting the wrongdoing and reassuring them that the information provided will be provided and handled in the complete confidence.
