Trans and gender diverse people have historically been kept out of many forms of employment. That’s why formal experience and training is less important to us than excitement to learn, a proactive attitude, and alignment with our organisational culture, mission, and values.
We particularly encourage people who are First Nations, people of colour, and/or trans feminine to apply.
