AddressAn exciting opportunity exists for a Dispatch & Receiving Clerk to join our close-knit team out of our Port of Brisbane office.

What your day can look like:
- Processing paperwork to ensure effective operation
- Ensuring 100% service to importers, exporters, carriers and shipping line customers
- Taking responsibility for efficient park throughput including accurate and timely data entry
- Use of WMS and other tools as appropriate to compile and produce ongoing and ad-hoc reports as required
- Any other duties required to support the daily operations activities
- Comply with all applicable legislation, regulations, Australian Standards and other statutory or regulatory guidelines at local, state and federal levels, including customer and company policies and procedures.
- Support and/or participate in, site safety meetings, tool box meetings and operational meetings.
What you can bring to us:
- Working knowledge of Transport systems and Operations
- Must be able to work under pressure and multi task
- Have the ability to communicate with people of all levels
- Be confident
- Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel Spreadsheet
- Work autonomously and as part of a small but dynamic team
- Current driver’s license and own vehicle
