Reactive Plumbing, Drains & Electrical is a rapid response residential plumbing, drain and electrical service company.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re currently on the lookout for a Dispatch Representative who loves what they do and wants to delight our clients with an amazing customer service experience!

The role we’re looking to fill is currently for a full time role of 38-42.5 hours per week with overtime hours available. Standard hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.

Primarily you will be taking care of handling 30 to 40 bookings per day for our technicians and our clients.

In this role you'll be responsible for Dispatching our techs to clients home and will  be keeping our clients updated throughout the day of our technicians arrival time. 

We’re looking for someone who is very well organised, can work under pressure in a very fast paced environment and has great communication skills. A high level of attention to detail is also a must! 

Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Scheduling technicians to jobs within our booking time frames 
  • Using job management programs to schedule
  • Use of Slack throughout the day to always be keeping an eye on the Techs and helping support them in the field
  • Communicating with the clients regularly
  • Tracking technicians times 
  • Filling in data on spreadsheets for management team
  • Updating the clients as required
  • Always communicating, ALWAYS!
  • Work in fast paced environment
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators
  • Checking and closing out all jobs to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Keeping clients up to date on when parts will be arriving and a time frame / expectation being set for when we will be able to attend and install the work
  • Maintain and form strong relationships with the technicians, other staff members and our clients
  • Perform other adhoc office tasks as required

About you:

  • 2+ Years Experience Preferred – Not absolutely necessary.

In this role you will also be rewarded for performance. You will be eligible for our performance base pay structure which is based on certain KPI’s being reached for extra earning potential.
