Form of workWe are currently looking for a highly motivated and energetic Dispensary Technician to join our fun and caring team at Direct Chemist Outlet Caloundra on a full-time or part-time basis.

The successful Dispensary Technician will be working closely with the Managing Partner, your main responsibilities will be processing patient information, dispensing medication, Webster packing (relief), and reconciling prescriptions in preparation for Government claims and assisting in this process.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Assist Pharmacists with accurate prescription procedures.
- Preparing Webster packs – (Relief work only if required)
- Check patient and prescription details.
- Update patient and prescription records
- Maintain stock ordering, rotation, and storage requirements.
- Customer Service to our loyal customers
- Entering of Invoices for Stock received for the Dispensary area.
Skills and Experience Required:
- S2/S3 qualification is a MUST as well as experience with medication advice and sales
- Strong interpersonal skills along with a flair for organization
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong merchandising skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in being well organized with good administration skills and must be able to work unsupervised to achieve tasks on time.
