Located in the Adelaide Northern Suburbs, Pharmacy 777 is seeking a friendly, self-motivated and highly organised Dispensary Technician to join our team on a permanent full time basis.
- Flexible hours - Permanent Part time (30 hours) to Permanent Full Time (38 hours).
- Above award rate of $30 p/h

This role is suitable for a Pharmacy Assistant aspiring to enhance their carrier; with excellent development opportunities as a highly skilled Dispensary Technician.
What does a Dispensary Technician do?
This role will support the Pharmacists and Store in providing a great patient experience and timely and accurate dispensary operation.
Working closely with the Pharmacists, your duties will include:
- Greeting and engaging patients
- Dispensing scripts in a timely and efficient manner
- Actively assist the Pharmacists in providing service and product information to patients including the provision of relevant and appropriate health information.
- Providing exceptional patient care and service.
- Maintain optimal level of all dispensary stationery and stock.
- Ensure all dispensary administration duties are performed, including organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary area.
- Completion of Certificate III in Community Pharmacy and previous experience in dispensing is highly desirable.
What’s required to be a Dispensary Technician?
- Completion or enrolment in Cert III and IV in Community Pharmacy
- A precise attention to detail – a knack for administration is the key to success
- Proven experience working in community pharmacy with a broad range of roles and responsibilities
- Dispensing experience is an advantage
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
