- Previous Pharmacy Experience and dispense tech certificate required for Dispense tech position

The Role:
You will be responsible to assist the team in serving customers efficiently and effectively whilst providing a high level of service and care to our valued customers and local health professionals.
Duties:
Your responsibilities will include however are not limited to:
- Customer service
- Dispensing
- Taking in scripts
- Handing out scripts
- Assisting with other ad hoc duties
- Cleaning of dispensary
- Stocking when required
- Register operation
- Serving customers in all areas of the store
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Processing sales at the register
- Answer customer queries
- Deal with customer complaints
- Un pack deliveries and stock shelves
- Keep the store presentable and inviting
- Assist other staff members
- Comply with The Company and the stores policies and procedures (QCPP)
Experience Required:
- Qualified Dispensary Technician preferred
- Previous Pharmacy experience required for dispense tech role however not required for the Pharmacy assistant roles
- Highly motivated
