About this Opportunity

We are seeking to recruit a Logistics & Distribution Administrator to do administration work and provide amazing customer service for our Logistics and Warehouse Administration. This role will liaise with our local distributors, FBUs, carriers, distribution centers and internal stakeholders. We will support your training!

The Logistics & Distribution Administrator will maintain administrative tasks to support the warehouse operation, our customers and stakeholders, always ensuring high levels of customer service and quality.

You are a dedicated individual, shows attention to detail and have a demonstrated ability to build relationships and rapport within the business.

You have commitment to delivering quality work. You have a focus on efficient and effective work practices and procedures. Working within a team are key requirements of the role.

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
  • Functional Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous;
  • Experience maintaining ISO 9001, HACCP, Global Standard for Food Safety and applicable external customer standards would be advantageous;
  • Excellent Time management skills;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Effective communication skills.

This is a part time role 34 hrs. per week, working across Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturday work may be required)

You must be self-motivated, have a strong focus on safety, environment and quality and be able to work as part of an effective team.
