Are you 2IC Warehouse Manager looking to Grow into a Distribution Manager and looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2IC Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the 2IC Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing day-to-day activities of the Warehouse, ensuring customer orders are supplied to the highest possible level. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Your new role

• Supervise warehouse functions to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
• Organize warehouse staff hours to meet customer expectations
• Ensure accuracy of inventory management
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Provide strong leadership and supervision to warehouse personnel
• Maintain daily warehouse operations
• Actively participate in a national team through the sharing of work practices

  What you'll need to succeed
  

• Approved forklift license (reach truck)
• Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanners
• Knowledge and understanding of warehousing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
• Monday - Thursday 6am - 14:30
• Friday 6am - 12pm
