About the Role
Due to a recent internal promotion, an exciting opportunity now exists for a DC Team Leader to join our team. Based in our CGL Head Office in Thomastown, this newly created role will report through to our newly appointed DC Manager. The DC Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the Distribution Centre in conjunction with the DC Manager.
This is a hands-on role that works closely with the various teams within the DC and provides support and assistance as required to internal and external customers as well as the wider distribution network. The role is heavily focused on safety in the workplace and ensures a high efficiency output while controlling costs.
About You
Our ideal candidate will manage the safe and efficient day to day operations of the Warehouse, ensuring high levels of productivity, accuracy and stock management compliance. They will also:

- Have the ability to coordinate changing priorities in a dynamic environment

- Have a current drivers and high risk license
