Your new role....
We have a great opportunity for a Distribution Centre Team member to join us at our Arndell Park site. This role is a critical communication point for logistics stakeholders. You will be responsible for our inbound and outbound raw material orders, and ensuring they are released on time, as well as ensuring broader warehouse tasks are executed in the correct order to meet business requirements. You will be supervising a small team on your shift so bring your amazing collaboration skills.
What will you be doing ?
- Respond promptly to changing customer requirements.
- Clearly communicate a comprehensive view of daily goals to all Team Members.
- Prioritize tasks and escalate issues to address any interruptions or risks that may impact meeting stakeholder requirements.
- Maintain clear and concise communication throughout your shift.
- Ensure tasks are carried out in a sequential and timely manner.
- Actively participate in safety initiatives.
- Conduct behavioural safety observations.
Lets talk about you
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Proficient knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) principles.
- Completion of Dangerous Goods Awareness Training.
- Applied knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR) principles.
- Experience working with SAP, including ECC, APO, and TMS modules.
- Familiarity with 2IC processes.
- Possession of a forklift license.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Strong decision-making skills based on work requirements and available resources.
- A safety-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities on the fly.
