About you
As an experienced, dynamic teacher with qualifications, preferably in Diverse Learning, you are passionate about making a difference in students’ lives. You will collaborate with teachers who work in a model of Collaborative Professionalism supporting mainstream classroom teachers and the students on the College's Diverse Learning database - whilst maintaining outstanding relationships with families and the wider educational community. Ability to teach an additional subject would be an advantage.
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate;
- experience working with students with Diverse Learning Needs (an advantage)
- ability to differentiate instruction and personalise learning for students
- ability to facilitate dynamic and collaborative learning experiences
- a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College and the wellbeing of all community members.
You will have attained:
- a Tertiary qualification in Education (Primary or Secondary) and Diverse Learning (preferred)
- eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or a commitment to Register to Teach in SCS.
