The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will fit the following criteria:
Possesses extensive pedagogical knowledge and understands the learning process for the relevant subject areas. They should also be aware of factors that influence students' learning opportunities and be capable of enhancing the learning and teaching experience.
Demonstrates the ability to differentiate instruction to cater to diverse student needs and maximise their learning outcomes.
Shows a solid understanding of learning environments, lesson planning, technology integration, and effective teaching practices.
Exhibits a commitment to continuously improve their teaching practice and actively engage in personal professional development opportunities.
Displays initiative and passion, actively collaborating with and supporting fellow staff members to promote inclusive learning and participation.
Has the ability to motivate students, fostering a lifelong love for learning and supporting their achievements.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Accreditations:
Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
Valid (for employment purposes)
