AddressSmartech Oceania Pty Ltd currently have a vacancy for a Document Scanning Operative within our Smart Scan Direct Team. The role involves the document scanning and imaging of documents on customer’s premises to ensure security and integrity of our customer’s documents.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Smart Scan Direct (SSD) team within the Australian operations of a growing international company who is a market leader in Mailing, Print Finishing, Wide Format Printing and Parcel Locker Technologies.
The Role:
- Preparation of documents; ie; opening, sorting, batching
- Scanning – using latest digital imaging technology to scan and image documents
- Quality Assurance – checking quality and integrity of scanned output.
- Respond to enquiries from external and internal clients in accordance with service standards.
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- The successful applicant must be self-motivated, committed, reliable and have good customer service skills

- Current Vic (C) Class or equivalent Australian Driver’s license
- Proven high attention to detail
- Basic - intermediate excel experience
- Clear verbal & written communication skills
- Good data entry skills
- Display adaptability and flexibility
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience taking ownership and initiative with set tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and work to achieving daily productivity goals
