Heavy Tip Truck / Plant Operator – Ouyen

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Tip Truck / Plant Operator to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy trucks and other plant machinery for road construction and maintenance projects.Qualifications & Experience:

• Current driver's license endorsed Heavy Combination (National).
• Experience operating truck and trailer combinations for carting materials and plant.
• Proficiency in operating other heavy plant and machinery for road construction and maintenance.
• Capability to complete standard forms associated with inspection and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of OH&S principles related to safe operation and maintenance of horticultural equipment.
• Current satisfactory Police Check or ability to obtain one prior to commencement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks and plant machinery to support road construction and maintenance.
• Transport materials and plant equipment using truck and trailer combinations.
• Maintain equipment in a safe and serviceable condition, performing necessary inspections and reporting.
• Adhere to OH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet project timelines and standards.
