We are offering a unique opportunity for a hard-working and professional Manager/Groomer to join our Exclusive Boutique Daycare Team.

• Full-time position.
• Remuneration based on experience.
• 38-hour working week.
• Sought after location.

• Previous Grooming experience required (at least 3 years).
• Previous Management experience required.
• Previous experience within a daycare environment.
• Organisational skills is a must.
• Confidence in being able to deliver beautiful grooms for detail specific clients.
• Collaborative and proactive approach.

• Oversee daily daycare operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient and safe workflow.
• Management responsibility for the Casual staff schedule.
• Provide full grooming services, including bathing, brushing, cutting and styling fur, as well as nail trimming and ear cleaning.
• Manage appointments and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise assistant grooming staff, and provide training whilst promoting a positive and professional work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon, adhering to health and safety regulations.

We are looking for a new Manager/Groomer in one detail oriented, passionate and experienced person. We pride ourselves on a supportive and highly organised environment, meaning a happy team, happy dogs and happy clients. 

Our grooming team consists of one groomer and one passionate and well trained grooming assistant, who is eager to learn, and make your life easier. 

Our boutique is open for grooming 5 days a week, with weekend work available.
