Well then… Keep reading this job ad - this may be the role for you!! Currently we are looking for DomesticAssistants or as we know them here with Feros Care - CommunitySupportWorker's to help our clients in our ever-growing Wide Bay, QLD Districts.
We are currently recruiting for numerous Domestic Assistance in the following regions:
Hervey Bay
Maryborough
Bundaberg
The Role:
You will be helping our clients with their everyday household activities such as:
- Cleaning and Domestic Assistance - MUST LOVE!!
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Transportation to everyday appointments - Shopping and Social outings
- General Care and Support to our clients
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $30.70 p/hour + 11% superannuation.
- Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
- Travel Reimbursement: 96c per km.
- Equipment: Smartphone and specific tools provided.
- Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.
- Professional Development: Training opportunities and career advancement.
- Parental Leave: 9 weeks paid.
About You:
- You MUST love cleaning and take pride in the work you do on the daily.
- Must have good time management skills and are able to follow policies and guidelines.
- You must be passionate about supporting the Elderly, Love a variety in cleaning as well as transportation etc and take pride in your work.
- You appreciate that it is the little things that can make someone's day!
- You hold a current Australian drivers licence and own vehicle with current registration and insurance
- You are available to work a variety of shifts Monday to Friday between 7am - 7pm and some weekends when available.
- You are happy to work approx. 10-15 hours per week
- A genuine desire to support our clients to live their lives to the fullest. Open to potentially gaining your Cert III in Aged Care.
