- To promote flexibility, variety and to allow you the opportunity to gain experience across multiple roles in the organisation, there may be an opportunity for you to work in other Aged Care Worker roles. Any additional role/s will be subject to appropriate training, and any request will be considered based on relative business needs. Additional roles may include Lifestyle, Personal Care Worker and/or Catering Assistant .

Some responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Cleaning resident rooms, common areas and bathrooms to the highest standard
- Complete cleaning tasks as per schedules and ensure documentation on completion
- Communication and coordination with other staff regarding cleaning requirements
- Stock control and ordering, and associated record keeping
- Complying with Workplace Health and Safety & Infection Control policies and procedures at all times
- Experience working with commercial cleaning services (desired)
- Experience working in an aged care or health-related facility (desired)
- Understanding of safe use of chemicals and cleaning products
- An enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to working positively in a team
- Compassion and empathy for the elderly
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility with start time and days (including weekends)
