What We Require:

• Professional Experience or Willingness to Learn: Bring your enthusiasm and we'll provide the training. At least 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Police Check, Work Rights, TFN: Basic requirements for the role.
• Availability: 2 or more days available, Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30 AM.
• Trustworthiness & Reliability: Clients depend on us, and we depend on you.
• Attention to Detail: Excellence is in the details.
• Strong Communication Skills: English fluency is essential.
• COVID Compliance: PPE and vaccination protocols must be adhered to.
• Presentation: Maintain a high level of presentability.

Important Details:

No Working Holiday Visas Accepted.

Hourly Rate Paid: From your first client to your last.

Weekday Shifts: Commence at 8:30 AM at clients' homes.

Wide Travel Radius: Reliable vehicle or willingness to commute required.

In this role, it's essential to approach tasks with a strong sense of ethics, demonstrating care, compassion, and integrity in all interactions. Initiative and common sense are key in efficiently executing a variety of cleaning tasks, including end of lease, general, NDIS, and regular cleaning. From cleaning bathrooms to dusting and general housekeeping, attention to detail is paramount. Rooms must be inspected meticulously to ensure they meet standards, while equipment should be handled with care to prevent any inadequacies. Building rapport with clients is crucial, as is promptly notifying superiors of any issues. Dealing with complaints and requests requires professionalism and patience, reflecting our commitment to client satisfaction. With multiple domestic jobs per day, punctuality and reliable transport are essential for seamless operations.
