Beckii participates in all parts of the business, and is very close to the whole team, even though there are now 40 staff members!

She has been a cleaner since 2017, and has built all The Clean Life systems, processes and methods herself. Beckii is also a mentor for other cleaning businesses, so she definitely knows her stuff. She has been in business for 11 years. 

Ray, you will see from time to time at jobs doing carpet and couch cleaning, as Beckii and Ray also own a sister business doing steam cleaning. He will often chip in and help if he sees that the team needs a boost! He is a great and approachable guy, and is very down to earth. 

You will love working with our Management team (aka Manager and Quality Control) Sarah, Michael and Demi. They have all worked their way up from a cleaning tech to where they are now. 
So you see they have literally been in your position and know what it’s like. They love cleaning, and know and can teach all of The Clean Life systems and methods to you! 
They love the team, and the business, and take pride in helping to develop The Clean Life into the number one cleaning company to work for in Melbourne. 

There is also Clavel, and Louise, Faye and Crestel - who make up our admin, marketing and finance team, and they will be your lifeline throughout the day, together with 1 of our 18 of our team leaders each shift, who can also assist you where required. So you can see that support is huge in all we do. 

We pride ourselves on being leaders in the cleaning industry and we provide our clients with the best cleaning and organizing services on the Mornington Peninsula. We clean close to 8000 domestic homes annually on a regular basis, so you can be proud to say you are a part of The Clean Life Team! 

Benefits

  • Start on $30.09 an hour 
    Move up to $30.45 an hour (after 3 months or sooner if performing well!) 
    $31.09 an hour as a team leader (Plus an allowance of $54.88 a week)$33 an hour as a manager.  
     
  • Paid Travel time/kms/super - potential to go full time/part time once trial period is over.

    What will you be doing?

This means you have to commit to your part of making the workplace the best damn place to work and being the best damn cleaner you possibly can be (we will coach you on this!)! Simple!

On an average day, you’ll be tasked with:

-  Working as part of a team. You need to have the ability to liaise and listen to clients to understand their priorities and needs.  Clean bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, floors, and clients' items. Clean windows, ovens, walls. Organize homes, and make them more functional. 

 Keep cleaning equipment in good clean working condition. Ensuring all finished works are checked for quality. 

What we need from you: 

• To be fully vaccinated against Covid19
• Valid driver's license 
• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently 

• Your own RELIABLE transportation and ability to work within 20km-30km of Frankston (travel and kms are paid) 

• Ability to pass a police check

• Love animals! 

• Ability to; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties without any pain

We have 40-45 cleaners at the moment, with more being hired every week. We cannot keep up with the demand for our services, as our reputation is not just great, it's one of the best in our area.
