Job description

Due to team growth, a new opportunity has arisen in the Donor Relations team, at The University of Sydney.
We are currently seeking a forward-thinking Donor Relations Specialist –Faculty Medicine and Health with strong strategic, stakeholder liaison and communication skills to join our portfolio.
Working closely with the Director, Faculty Medicine and Health, the Deputy Director, Donor Relations and the wider Advancement team, the Donor Relations Specialist – Faculty Medicine and Health, is responsible for developing bespoke stewardship for the University’s highest tier of donors so that this cohort of donors continues to engage with the University and considers giving again. This work will be immersed in creating strategic and meaningful donor experiences, including executing targeted donor events, producing stewardship videos and delivering impact reports. Ultimately, the role contributes to strengthening the University’s relationship with its most significant donors by demonstrating the impact of their gifts throughout Australia and the world.

is comfortable initiating analytical data gathering and reporting across relevant University teams so that donors can see gift impact represented both quantitatively and qualitatively
is a true team player, able to collaborate with colleagues across the wider Portfolio team and the University, including students and academics
