About the role
Our National Contact Centre is looking for passionate Donor Service Consultants to join the award-winning team. As a Donor Service Consultant, you will provide a genuinely heartfelt service, encouraging donors to make life-giving blood and plasma donations. Initially focusing on inbound and outbound calling, you'll have opportunities to progress into live chat and social media support.

Training and Rostering
4-week in-office training and development program - rostered 9am-5pm
Work from home rotation available post-successful training completion.

12-week rotating roster between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per rotation
