Monday to Friday roster Tip Top Bakeries is currently seeking applications for a Full Time Dough Maker, based at our O'Connor site, reporting to the Production Manager, to bake our hotplate products including Crumpet, Muffins and Pancakes. Purpose of the Role The key responsibilities of the role will be: Follow all procedures and formulations for preparation of all mixes.
Follow all procedures for lighting up ovens and setting at correct temperatures. Complete all appropriate forms, for example, waste sheets, weights, batter temperatures and reason(s) for waste. Sheets must be dated, signed and handed into the office at the end of the shift.
Complete, date and sign Stocktake sheet Ensure that all product standards, specifications and quality checks are adhered to at all times Use knowledge to troubleshoot inconsistencies in product quality. Report any…
