- Achieve briefed requirements and meet all regulatory requirements
- Work across both commercial & residential projects.
- Mentor less experienced team members on the technicalities of building construction and detailing.
- High proficiency with REVIT
- More than 10 years of relevant expereince in a similar role.
- Ability to prepare documents in line with specified requirements
- Experience coordinating consultant information and its influence on documentation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Expereince mentoring junior staff.
- Expereince leading the documentation process.
