As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with passion and drive to join our Drafting & Approvals Team for an immediate start.

About the applicant;

• Long term career ambitions in the residential construction industry
• Attention to detail and has strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a diverse team
• Previous experience with Microsoft Apps, including Word and Excel and other business applications e.g. Databuild
• A confident person that has the ability to interact with different people across the business
• Strong communication skills, articulating clearly and concisely both verbally and in written form

About the role;

• Effectively and efficiently co-ordinate the process for sending and receiving all approvals and permits required during the building process
• Collate all the required documentation, track and maintain all submissions and liaise with all necessary stakeholders in a timely manner
• Assist Design & Drafting Department with administration tasks
