Looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Draftsperson join our Urban Solutions Group in Perth.
As the successful candidate you will;
- Be proficient in the use of CAD (AutoCAD) (essential), Microsoft Office applications, and have experience with design software, including Adobe Professional suite (desirable)
- Prepare technical drawings, such as CAD Master Plans and concept street designs, plans of Subdivision, Local Development Plans and sales plans.
- Prepare urban design graphics to effectively communicate ideas working closely with the urban designers and project managers.
- Manage digital data on Hatch's systems, according with document control protocols;
- Liaise with our team to obtain briefings on outputs, and to update on output/ production task progress; and
- Produce timely, accurate work of a high quality that is effective in achieving quality outcomes for client projects.
- 1-5 years experience in the engineering, infrastructure, construction or urban property development industry
- A team focused work ethic and a client service ethos
- A passion for infrastructure and the built environment and the delivery of sustainable communities
- Effective interpersonal/ communication skills, attention to detail and decision making ability
- An understanding of the importance of a strong company culture to share, lead and inspire
- The ability to assist the team effectively and co-operatively; and
- Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritise workloads and perform tasks efficiently and demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail and high levels of presentation
